VibeZ 2025 - Your Stage, Your Story, Your VibeZ
Manel Srinivas Nayak Institute of Management (MSNIM), Bondel, through its Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) and Cultural Committee, successfully organized VibeZ - Your Stage, Your Story, Your VibeZ, a vibrant inter-collegiate cultural fest for Pre-University (PU) students. Held on November 11, 2025, at the MSNIM Nethravathi Auditorium, the event aimed to provide an encouraging and dynamic platform for young talent to showcase their creative and performing arts, inspiring them to build confidence and experience the energetic campus culture.
The fest saw enthusiastic participation from 18 colleges, with 400 PU students actively taking part in various categories, including solo and group dance, solo and group singing, reels making, photography, treasure hunt, mehandi, quiz, and fashion show. The entire event was efficiently managed by the MBA student coordinators, who demonstrated exceptional leadership and event management skills, contributing to a well-coordinated and engaging fest environment.
The inaugural program was graced by Chief Guest Ms. Advika Shetty, film actress and dancer, and Guest of Honor Sr. Floropia Borges, Principal of Mahatma Gandhi Centenary Composite PU College. The event was presided over by Mr. Manel Annappa Nayak, President of the Women’s National Education Society (WNES), with the presence of Dr. Molly S. Chaudhuri, Director, and Mr. Ajith Kamath, Correspondent, MSNIM. The ceremony commenced with the symbolic lighting of the lamp.
Chief Guest Ms. Advika Shetty delivered an inspiring address, emphasizing that participation holds greater value than winning, and encouraged students to remain consistent and dedicated, reminding them that "the show must go on." Guest of Honor Sr. Floropia Borges commended the achievers and participants, remarking that life itself is a stage where every individual writes their own story.
The fest was characterized by vibrant and expressive stage performances, displaying the remarkable talent and creativity of the students, making the event lively and memorable. The event concluded with a vote of thanks followed by the national anthem. The fest VibeZ created a joyful and inspiring atmosphere, strengthening student engagement, promoting cultural appreciation, and reinforcing MSNIM’s commitment to fostering holistic education.
