Dr. Deepa. V is an academician, Financial Literacy Expert and an accomplished Finance & Accounting Domain Skills.Trainer with over 25 years of experience in teaching, corporate training and education administration. She has worked in the best institutes/Universities in Chennai, Bangalore and has also enriched her academic career with a long stint at the Higher Education Institutes in Gulf and USA in her capacity as a certified instructor of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT, UK) and as Programme Manager and Certified Assessor of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD, UK). She has conducted large number of corporate trainings and consultancy in India and abroad. Her highly commended PhD Thesis and seminal work on Financial Literacy in the Palakkad district of Kerala with respect to Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana is a testimony to her research excellence. Always excited to interact with students and proactive to nurture and guide them, she believes that right education is the only means to an empowered nation.

Dr. Shilpi Saha

PhD (HR & Analytics), MBA, Btech (Electronics & Telecommunication)
Assistant Professor

holds a PhD in HR and Analytics from NITK, Surathkal, MBA from Indian Institute of Information Technology IIIT-Allahabad and Btech in Electronics and Telecommunication from SRM University Chennai. Has over 6 years of academic experience with 1 year of faculty experience in NITK Surathkal. She is UGC-NET qualified and she has 7 Scopus and ABDC journal publications with an h-index of 3 and over 100 citations. She has hands-on experience in SPSS and Structural Equation Modeling software's and has conducted workshops on them. Her recent publications include “Supportive culture and job involvement in public sector: the mediating role of participation in decision making and organizational learning” which was published by International Journal of Public Sector Management (2022). Her research interests include organizational behavior, business analytics and human resource management. She has presented and published papers in international management conferences conducted by several IIMs and IISc.

Mrs. Aditi N Kamath

B.Com, M.Com, (Ph.D)
Assistant Professor

She was a research scholar at the Department of Commerce, MAHE Manipal, where she pursued her Ph.D. focused on behavioral Finance. She holds an M.Com in Accounting and Finance from Kuvempu University and a B.Com from Sri JCBM College, Sringeri. Her scholarly contributions include several publications in reputed journals, such as "Investment Management and Financial Innovations" and "Cogent Economics & Finance," reflecting her expertise in investor sentiment and its effects on financial markets. She has presented her research at prestigious conferences, including IIT Kharagpur. She has a foundation in statistical computing tools like Jamovi, Gretel, Eviews, and SPSS, she excels in teaching subjects like Behavioral Finance, Financial Management, and Entrepreneurial Finance. Her teaching tenure includes roles at Sri JCBM College, Sringeri, and MAHE, Manipal.

Dr. Bindhu D

M.com, PGDHRM, Ph.D.
Assistant Professor

She has a PhD in Business Management from Srinivas University and also holds PGDHRM and M. Com degrees from Kuvempu University in Shivamogga. She has a diverse background that includes three years of academic engagement, one year in the industry, and three years dedicated to research. Her scholarly contributions are significant, as she has authored over 14 research articles, four of which have been published in Scopus-indexed journals and the rest in esteemed international and UGC Care-listed journals. Her research interests include business management, and human resources and she has presented papers at National and International Conferences and also worked as a Session Chair at the International Conference on Business and Technology at the University of Cambridge- United Kingdom, demonstrating her commitment to advancing knowledge in her field.
