Staff Development Program

A Staff Development Program was organized for the non-teaching staff of the Institute from July 10th to July 15th, 2025, aiming to enhance their skills and efficiency in daily operations.

The program commenced with a session on Communicative English, conducted by Ms. Divya Achar, Assistant Professor, MSNIM, to help staff improve their communication skills in the workplace. This was followed by two insightful sessions by Ms. Kavyashree S.M., Computer Lab/Office Assistant, focusing on Excel Essentials – Basic Operations and Formatting and Excel Intermediate – Data Handling & Practical Application, enabling staff to strengthen their proficiency in MS Excel for practical office tasks.

The fourth session was led by Mr. Keerthan Shetty, Assistant System Administrator, who introduced the staff to Canva for Visual Office Communication, equipping them with basic designing skills for creating effective visual content and office communications.

The final session of the program was delivered by Mrs. Nanditha Sunil, Assistant Professor, MSNIM, who addressed the topic of Team Building, emphasizing the importance of collaboration and coordination in achieving organizational goals.

The week-long development program was well-received, fostering a spirit of learning, growth, and teamwork among the non-teaching staff members.
