Launch of CPBFI program by Bajaj Finserv

Manel Srinivas Nayak Institute of Management (MSNIM) officially launched the Bajaj FinServ Banking, Finance and Insurance (BFSI) Training Programme on 13th November 2025 for the newly inducted 27th batch of MBA students. The initiative aims to enhance students’ industry readiness by equipping them with specialised knowledge, hands-on exposure, and placement-focused training delivered by Bajaj FinServ, one of India’s leading financial services organisations.

The session featured Ms. Rashmi Mansukhani, Representative, Bajaj FinServ, and Ms. Shivani Baliga, Coordinator, Bajaj FinServ. The programme was presided over by Dr. Molly S. Chaudhuri, Director, MSNIM.

During the launch, Ms. Rashmi Mansukhani provided an overview of the programme’s structure, key modules, and objectives. She also highlighted the promising career prospects available in Banking, NBFCs, Insurance, and the broader Financial Services sector. The certification process, online training methodology, and evaluation pattern were also explained in detail.

The Bajaj FinServ team emphasised the rapid growth of the BFSI sector in India and the wide range of opportunities it offers to management graduates.

The event saw enthusiastic participation from the teaching and non-teaching staff, along with the students of the 27th MBA batch, marking a promising beginning to this valuable industry-academia collaboration.
