Cooking Without Fire
Manel Srinivas Nayak Institute of Management (MSNIM), Bondel, organized a “Cooking Without Fire” Competition for students at the Besant Campus, Mangaluru. The event was conducted with the objective of encouraging students to explore healthy food choices while showcasing their creativity and culinary skills.
Students participated enthusiastically in the competition and prepared a variety of innovative dishes without the use of fire. The participants used different ingredients to create healthy and visually appealing dishes, demonstrating creativity in both preparation and presentation.
The competition provided an opportunity for students to display their talent, teamwork and innovative ideas in preparing nutritious food. The dishes were judged based on taste, presentation, nutritional value and originality.
Faculty members served as judges for the event and appreciated the effort and creativity shown by the students. The competition created a lively and engaging atmosphere on campus and motivated students to experiment with healthy food options that can be prepared easily.
The programme concluded with the announcement of winners and appreciation of all the participants for their enthusiastic involvement and creative efforts.
