Alumni Talk Series - From campus dreams to corporate destiny

Manel Srinivas Nayak Institute of Management (MSNIM), Besant Campus, Bondel, Mangaluru, organized an Alumni Talk Series on 12th February 2026 at 11:30 AM. The programme was conducted by the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) in association with the Alumni Committee to strengthen alumni engagement and provide students with practical industry insights.

The session, themed “From Campus Dreams to Corporate Destiny,” aimed to bridge the gap between academic learning and professional life. The resource person, Mrs. Sowjanya B. Poojary, Entrepreneur and alumna of the 20th Batch, shared her inspiring journey from campus life to establishing herself in the corporate and entrepreneurial world.

She highlighted the importance of setting clear career goals, developing relevant skills, adapting to changing work environments, and maintaining resilience during the transition from academics to industry. She also emphasized how campus experiences help shape leadership qualities, communication skills, and professional values.

The interactive session motivated students to plan their careers with clarity and confidence. The programme successfully enhanced career awareness, strengthened alumni–student connections, and reaffirmed MSNIM’s commitment to quality education and holistic development.
