Viveka Vani Series at MSNIM Inspires and Empowers youth

The Manel Srinivas Nayak Institute of Management, in collaboration with the Mangalore University Swami Vivekananda Study Centre, organized the 46th lecture session in the Viveka Vani series on 12 June 2025 at Swarna Academy Hall. The session, titled “Secret of Success – Insights from Swami Vivekananda,” aimed to enlighten students and faculty on the timeless teachings of Swami Vivekananda and their relevance to personal and professional success.

The programme commenced with the traditional lighting of the lamp by the dignitaries, symbolizing the dispelling of ignorance and the ushering in of knowledge. Dr. Molly S Chaudhari, Director of MSNIM, addressed the gathering and emphasized the importance of hard work and perseverance, encouraging students to follow these principles in their journey towards success.

Dr. Chandru Hegde, Convenor of the Swami Vivekananda Study Centre, Mangalore University, Bellala Gopinath Rao, Veteran Indian Army officer and Senior Volunteer of Ramakrishna Mission, Mangalore, Sajith, Youth Coordinator, and Deekshith, Volunteer from Ramakrishna Mission, Mangalore, graced the occasion with their presence.

The esteemed resource person, Swami Nityadipanandaji from Ramakrishna Math, Madurai, delivered an inspiring and insightful lecture. His discourse highlighted Swami Vivekananda’s core messages of self-confidence, perseverance, character building, and service to humanity. Swami Ji emphasized that true success is not merely measured by material achievements but by inner strength, discipline, and the ability to overcome adversity with resilience and purpose.

He further stated, “The ultimate goal in life is to keep moving forward despite failures, with a strong will to succeed, the courage to overcome obstacles, and an awareness of the different levels of consciousness we must rise through.”

The lecture by Swami Nityadipanandaji was both enlightening and deeply motivating, serving as a guiding light for students to strive toward holistic success by imbibing the values and teachings of Swami Vivekananda.

The session concluded with the National Anthem.
