Pre-MBA Orientation Program for 27th Batch - Welcome from Director Desk, Ice Breaker, Cracking Aptitute, Launch of Bajaj Finserve, Counselling

The Pre-MBA Bridge Course for the newly inducted 27th Batch of MBA students were held from 3rd to 5th November 2025 with the objective of providing students a smooth transition into the academic, cultural, and professional environment of management education. The three-day programme included multiple sessions on orientation, aptitude building, corporate readiness, personality development, and campus resource awareness.

Inaugural Interaction by the Director: The programme commenced with a warm welcome address by Dr. Molly S. Chaudhuri, Director, MSNIM, who introduced students to the institute’s vision, mission, values, and expectations. She encouraged students to adopt a proactive learning mindset and emphasized professionalism and discipline. Report

Ice-breaking Session: This was followed by an interactive session led by Ms. Divya Achar, Assistant Professor, designed to help students get to know each other through engaging and collaborative activities that encouraged openness and peer bonding Report

Aptitude Awareness: Mr. Sanath Bhandarkar, Assistant Professor, conducted a session on aptitude awareness, introducing students to logical reasoning, quantitative skills, and test-taking strategies essential for placement preparation. Report

Bajaj Finserv Certification Program & Counselling: Ms. Shivani Baliga, Governing Council Member, WNES, conducted two insightful sessions—one introducing the Bajaj Finserv Certification Program and another focused on personal and emotional counselling, highlighting resilience, clarity of thought, and emotional well-being.
