The International Conference commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by the Chief Guest, marking the beginning of an enriching academic gathering. On this occasion, the conference proceedings CD was released by the dignitaries.

Key Highlights from Inaugural Addresses
Prof. Dr. P.L. Dharma critiqued current development models that prioritize profit over people and the planet, stressing the need to reverse values by putting people and the planet before profit.
Prof. Dr. Sandeep Shenoy presented a data-driven overview of SDGs, emphasizing the importance of the 17th goal that calls for global collaboration and inclusive development.
Dr. Wan Hee Cheng highlighted that “sustainability is not a destination, but a continuous journey of improvement and innovation.” He urged for global collaborations across academia, industry, and students for impactful sustainability solutions.

Mr. Manel Annappa Nayak congratulated the organizing committee for hosting a conference on sustainability, noting it as the need of the hour.
Keynote Speaker
Dr. Suhan Mendon, Additional Professor, MSCE, MAHE, emphasized that sustainability is critical for a balanced and secure future. He urged collective responsibility to safeguard the well-being of future generations. Dr. Shilpi Saha and Dr. Aditi Kamath also addressed the alignment of HR, Finance, Marketing, and General Management with SDGs such as responsible consumption, gender equality, and innovation.

The conference received over 80 shortlisted papers from India, UAE, and Boston. A panel discussion moderated by Mr. Sachin explored whether Indian enterprises can balance profit-driven goals with SDGs. The esteemed panelists included:
