MSNIM Students Shine at SDM College Management Fest Shresta 2025

Students of Manel Srinivas Nayak Institute of Management (MSNIM) actively participated in the Management Fest Shresta, organised by SDM College of Business Management, Mangaluru, on 7 th August, 2025. The fest, themed Fauna, brought together management students from various institutions to showcase their talents, skills, and creativity through a series of competitive events.

Our students delivered an impressive performance, securing top honours in multiple categories:

Second Place - Reel Making Competition -Thushar D and Aravind Bhandarkar of 1 st year MBA

Second Place - Push-Up Competition - Anush Ritesh Rao of 2 nd year MBA

The MSNIM team also enthusiastically participated in the Marketing and Best Entrepreneur events. Although they did not progress to the final round, their participation reflected strong effort, innovative thinking, and team spirit. The event provided a valuable platform for students to apply their skills beyond the classroom, interact with peers from other colleges, and gain exposure to diverse perspectives in management

education. These competitions not only foster team spirit but also showcase our students’ dedication to upholding the values of MSNIM, while bringing honour and recognition to the campus.
