MSNIM CAREER EXPO-2025

The Manel Srinivas Nayak Institute of Management (MSNIM), in association with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), successfully organised the MSNIM Career Expo 2025 (Job Fair) on Thursday, September 25, at the Swarna Academy Hall, MSNIM Besant Campus, Bondel.

The day-long event served as an open platform for fresh graduates from diverse academic streams including BA, BCom, BBA, BSc, BCA, BHM, MCom, MCA, MBA, BE, BTech, and MTech, attracting over 500 job seekers. A total of 32 reputed companies from sectors such as banking, software, finance, retail, and automobiles participated, offering a wide range of employment opportunities.

The inaugural ceremony was graced by Mr. Abhinav Bansal, Vice Chairman, CII Mangalore, and Managing Director, Brightflexi International Private Limited, who served as the Chief Guest. Mr. Manel Annappa Nayak, President, Women’s National Education Society (WNES), presided over the programme. The event was also attended by Mr. Ajith Kamath, Correspondent, MSNIM, and Dr. Molly S. Choudhuri, Director of the Institute.

In his address, the Chief Guest Mr. Abhinav Bansal underscored the importance of bridging the gap between education and employment. He appreciated the institute’s efforts in nurturing employability skills, confidence, and the right attitude among students. He encouraged participants to seize the opportunity to network, engage meaningfully with recruiters, and demonstrate their passion.

Mr. Manel Annappa Nayak, in his presidential address, reiterated the institute’s commitment to providing industry-ready education. He urged students to attend multiple interviews and make the most of the opportunities offered through the fair.

Mr. Ajith K. Kamath extended his best wishes to all job seekers participating in the event.

The formal programme began with a welcome address by second-year MBA student Nikitha, followed by introductions of dignitaries by Shreya Mahale, Sheethala Rai, and Prathijna. Krithika Bhat proposed the vote of thanks, while Karishma Shetty served as the master of ceremonies. The event was coordinated by Assistant Professors Mrs. Nanditha Sunil and Mrs. Arpitha Devadiga.

The MSNIM Career Expo 2025 successfully created a dynamic platform for talented graduates to connect with prospective employers, fostering meaningful career opportunities and supporting the industry’s need for skilled professionals.
