November 15, 2025

The Manel Srinivas Nayak Institute of Management (MSNIM), in association with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) and the MSNM Health Series, and in collaboration with Young Indians (Yi), organized a session on Mental Well-Being on 15 November 2025 at the Swarna Academic Hall, MSNIM Campus, Bondel.

The session was facilitated by the team from Mind & Matter, an NGO based in Kodagu, led by Mr. Vagish, along with his team members Ms. Malavika Rajeev, Mr. Yokeshwaran, Ms. Naziya Tasveen, Mr. Mukund, and Ms. Nivedita Leelaraj. The programme commenced with an inaugural ceremony held at the Swarna Auditorium.

Following the inauguration, interactive and activity-based sessions were conducted for students of the 2026 and 2027 batches. The students were divided into four groups, each guided by a team member. The sessions focused on fostering awareness of mental well-being, emotional resilience, and the significance of maintaining a healthy mindset through participative activities and open discussions.

The initiative was well received and proved beneficial in providing students with practical insights into mental health, enabling them to manage stress effectively, enhance self-awareness, and promote overall well-being.
