HR CONCLAVE - 2025
The HR Conclave at MSNIM commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by dignitaries, marking the beginning of an enriching academic and industry interaction. On this occasion, an MoU with KCCI was signed, strengthening collaborative efforts between industry and academia.
The inaugural ceremony featured:
- Chief Guest: Mr. Anand G Pai, President, KCCI & Executive Director, Bharath Group
- President of the Inaugural: Mr. Manel Annappa Nayak, President, Women’s National Education Society (WNES)
Purpose of the Conclave
- To facilitate student skill-building and prepare them to be industry-ready.
- To promote Industry–Institute interaction.
Highlights of the Inaugural
- Chief Guest Address:
Mr. Anand G Pai emphasized the importance of bridging the gap between education and employment through skill development. He urged students to imbibe Satya (truth), Dharma (righteousness), and Nishta (dedication) to become valuable assets to their organizations.
- Presidential Address:
Mr. Annappa Nayak highlighted the evolving role of HR from an administrative function to a strategic driver of organizational success. He motivated students to pursue perseverance, discipline, and continuous learning as key qualities for long-term growth.
Keynote Address
The keynote was delivered by Mr. Sandeep S P, Head – HR, Pratt & Whitney India, who stressed the significance of the hybrid work culture. He highlighted the balance needed between freedom and discipline in hybrid setups and encouraged students to unlock hidden talents, harmonize personal and professional lives, and strive for fulfillment.
