MSNIM Hosts Two-Day Management and Cultural Fest “Edify 2025” Under the Theme Kurukshetra

Manel Srinivas Nayak Institute of Management (MSNIM) successfully conducted its annual fest Edify 2025 on April 2 and 3, centered on the theme Kurukshetra. The two-day event blended management excellence with cultural vibrancy, drawing enthusiastic participation from institutions across the region.

The fest was inaugurated by Star Sports anchor Ms. Madhu Mailankody, who inspired students by sharing her journey and highlighting the importance of leadership and teamwork. Mr. Jeevan Das Narayan, Independent Director, Karnataka Bank Ltd., added depth to the event with an interactive session exploring lessons from the Kurukshetra theme.

Key dignitaries present included Dr. Molly S. Chaudhari (Director), Mr. Ajith Kamath (Correspondent), and Mr. Manel Annappa Nayak, President of WNES who in his address, emphasized the institution’s mission-driven approach and encouraged support for local talent and cinema.

Management competitions such as Chaduranga (Finance), Medha Samhitha (Human Resource Management), Chakravyuh (Marketing), Maharathi (Best Manager), Yugma Shakthi (Best Management Team), Prashnavali (Business Quiz) tested students’ strategic skills, while cultural events like Saptaswara Sangama (Singing), Ranarang (Gully Cricket). Chitranjali (Reels Making), Nrityamanjari (Group Dance), Veera Maran (BGMI), Bhuja Bala (Arm Wrestling), Neel Parinaksha (Mehendi), Mukachitranam (Face Painting), Yakshaprashna (Treasure Hunt) showcased creativity and enthusiasm.

The fest concluded with a valedictory ceremony on the second day, presided over by renowned Tulu film actor Mr. Bhojraj Vamanjoor, who lauded MSNIM for nurturing young talent.

SDM P.G. Centre for Management Studies and Research emerged as the overall winner, while Besant Women’s College secured runner-up position. The event was coordinated by Mr. Sanath Bhandarkar and Mrs. Sathvika Shetty, whose efforts ensured its grand success.

Edify 2025 truly reflected MSNIM’s commitment to holistic student development, where strategy meets creativity.
