Christmas Celebration
The Christmas celebration at our college was conducted with great joy, enthusiasm, and festive spirit, bringing together students and faculty members in a warm and cheerful atmosphere. The program aimed to spread the message of love, peace, unity, and the true spirit of Christmas.
The celebration commenced with the Master of Ceremony, Ms. Arpitha, who warmly welcomed the gathering and set a positive tone for the event. This was followed by an opening prayer led by Ms. Manya Kamath and team, seeking divine blessings for the success of the program and reflecting on the essence of Christmas.
An introduction video depicting the birth of Jesus Christ was then presented. The video beautifully conveyed the messages of hope, humility, and love, helping the audience reflect on the true meaning of the festival.
Following the video presentation, a series of engaging games were conducted by Ms. Shrinidhi, Ms. Kavya, Ms. Arpitha, Ms. Sinchana, and Ms. Sneha for both students and faculty members. These activities created an atmosphere of excitement and enjoyment, encouraging active participation and strengthening the bond between students and staff.
The program continued with energetic and entertaining dance performances by Jenisha and team, Pranamya and team, and the lecturers, adding vibrancy and enthusiasm to the celebration. More games followed, keeping the audience actively involved.
A lunch break was provided thereafter, allowing everyone to relax and enjoy the festive meal together.
The post-lunch session began with melodious Christmas carols sung by the students along with the Director, Dr. Molly S. Chaudhuri, filling the campus with joy and festive cheer. During the carol session, Santa Claus made a special entry, delighting the gathering by distributing gifts and dancing cheerfully with the students, creating memorable moments.
Later, Dr. Molly S. Chaudhuri addressed the gathering, appreciating the efforts of the organizers and participants and extending heartfelt Christmas wishes to all. The program concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Mr. Yatish, who expressed gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of the celebration.
At the end of the program, sweets and traditional Kuswar were distributed to all attendees. The celebration concluded on a joyful note with a lively Baila dance followed by a group photograph, capturing the cherished memories of the day.
Overall, the Christmas celebration was a grand success and will be remembered as a joyful and unifying event that brought together students and faculty in the true spirit of Christmas.
