Areva Paint Campus Placement Drive

A Pre-Placement Talk and Campus Recruitment Drive was conducted by Areva Paints, Bangalore, on 13th August 2025 at 11:00 AM. The session aimed to provide students with valuable insights into the recruitment process, company expectations, and career opportunities available with Areva Paints.

The session was led by Mr. Ajay Kaushik, Regional Manager – Marketing, accompanied by Mr. Chetan, Sales Head. Mr. Ajay introduced the company with a brief overview of its background, including details about its manufacturing unit in Tumkur, Karnataka. He also highlighted the benefits provided to employees, the work culture, and various job roles offered by the company.

During the session, Mr. Ajay encouraged students to consider entrepreneurial opportunities and explained how Areva Paints supports young entrepreneurs in establishing their ventures.

Following the pre-placement talk, an interview session was held with 10 registered candidates participating in the recruitment process. Although no candidates were selected on this occasion, the session served as a valuable learning experience, giving students a clearer understanding of industry expectations and career prospects in the paint and coatings sector.
