Areva Paint Campus Placement Drive

On 13th August 2025, Areva Paints, Bangalore conducted a Pre-Placement Talk and Campus Drive. The session aimed at providing students with valuable insights into the recruitment process, company expectations, and career opportunities available with Areva Paints.

The session was led by Mr. Ajay Kaushik – Regional Manager, Marketing, who was accompanied by Mr. Chetan – Sales Head. Mr. Ajay introduced the company with a brief history, highlighting the manufacturing unit set up at Tumkur, Karnataka. He also spoke about the benefits provided to employees, the working environment, and various job roles at Areva Paints.

In addition, Mr. Ajay encouraged students to explore entrepreneurial opportunities and shared how Areva Paints supports young entrepreneurs in setting up their ventures.

Following the pre-placement talk, an interview session was conducted in which 10 registered candidates participated. However, no candidates were selected for recruitment this time.

The event was a great learning experience, offering students a deeper understanding of industry expectations and career prospects in the paint and coatings sector.
