HR CONCLAVE - 2026

Manel Srinivas Nayak Institute of Management (MSNIM), Mangaluru, in association with the National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), Mangaluru Chapter, successfully organized HR Conclave 2026 on 19th June 2026. The conclave, themed "Changing Workplace Dynamics & Culture," served as a platform for academicians, HR professionals, industry leaders, and students to explore the evolving landscape of modern workplaces and the impact of emerging technologies on organizational culture.

The keynote address was delivered by Mr. Prabhod K. S., Assistant General Manager (HR), Cardolite Specialty Chemicals India LLP, and Chairman, NIPM Mangaluru. In his insightful session, he discussed the transformation of workplaces from traditional office environments to hybrid work models, emphasizing the growing influence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in reshaping organizational culture, collaboration, and talent management. He also reflected on the long-term impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in accelerating workplace transformation and highlighted the importance of adaptability in the changing world of work.

A thought-provoking panel discussion on "New Labour Codes and Designing High-Performance Work Without High Burnout Costs" featured distinguished industry experts:

The discussion also highlighted the need for fresh graduates to stay adaptable and acquire a sound understanding of the new Labour Codes.
