Capital Market Awareness and Technical Analysis

The session was conducted by MSNIM college in Swarna academy hall for the first year MBA students. This programme was began at 2:00 P.M. This session was a formal session and it began by seeking the blessing of the almighty with the prayer by Avanthika of the 1 st year MBA student. And the session was hosted by Arpitha Nayak of 1 st year MBA

This session is all about capital market awareness and technical analysis. The guest of the session was Steevan Tellis who is an assistant professor on capital market awareness & technical analysis. He began the session by introducing the stock market. He said that most of the people are ignorant of stock and capital market. He presented the stock market chart, in that he showed how the stock market increasing its points or how it will reduce. He also spoke about how we can build the wealth with capital market. And how we can predict about future increase or decrease.

He further said that saving is not only investing the money in fixed deposits or in the gold, beside that we have to invest our money in the stock market and we have to take certain risk. So that there may be a good return. He says that for the beginners, investment in stock market has to be done in small amount and later

we can plan for investing little more amount. He also gave the examples of Wipro, Infosys and many more companies. And how the person invested in those companies became rich today. By investing only 20rs in shares, 20 years ago they are getting Rs.50000 as return.

At the end of the programme, he said that build asset, asset allocation is very important. This session was very interested and motivated all of us to invest in the stock market and acquainted with the current economic scenarios and global trade markets. At the end vote of thank was given by Shree Laxmi Kamath of 1 St year MBA student.

Because of this we came to know about how important to invest in stock market. This session was very useful to everyone. Overall, it was very good session and we learned a lot and gained the knowledge.
