Campus Placement Drive

The Placement Cell of Manel Srinivas Nayak Institute of Management (MSNIM), Besant Campus, Mangaluru, in association with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), organized a Campus Placement Drive in collaboration with Doorto360 on 13 June 2026 at Swarna Hall, MSNIM Besant Campus. The programme aimed to provide MBA students with industry exposure and career opportunities in the corporate sector.

The session was conducted by Vijith and Aneesh, who interacted with the students and shared valuable insights into the practical aspects of the corporate world, particularly in the field of marketing. They discussed current industry trends, evolving market dynamics, and the diverse career opportunities available for MBA graduates in sales and marketing.

The resource persons emphasized the importance of developing professional competencies such as communication, relationship management, problem-solving, adaptability, and customer-centric thinking to excel in today's competitive business environment. They also guided students on career progression, industry expectations, and strategies to enhance employability.
