MSNIM (Manel Srinivas Nayak Institute of Management) has established a division of Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) in compliance with NAAC's recommendations to ensure sustained quality through a work plan and effective quality initiatives. The IQAC is a statutory body that aims to implement quality benchmarks in various institutional activities and disseminate information on quality aspects. It conducts meetings, organizes discussions, workshops, and seminars, and maintains quality circles. The IQAC also includes student members who can participate in quality assurance. The institution submits an Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) to the NAAC for review and promotes quality in all academic activities.

The institute continuously monitors and improves its infrastructural resources to provide adequate and conducive professional facilities for teaching, learning, and research activities. The IQAC plays a vital role in ensuring sustained quality and continuous upgrading of all aspects of the college. It is a key component that guarantees a stimulating and nurturing academic environment for the student community.

The IQAC is responsible for ensuring accountability and transparency in the quality management system of the institution, thereby assuring stakeholders such as students, parents, teachers, staff, management, and society at large of the institution's commitment to providing quality education.
