MBA (Master of Business Administration)

The two years regular MBA program is affiliated to Mangalore University and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, and the Government of Karnataka. The Institute was reaccredited with an 'A' grade by NAAC in 2024.

The MBA program is structured across four semesters. In the first year, students are introduced to the fundamental concepts of management. In the second year, they can choose from specialized areas such as Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Hospital Administration, Logistics Management, and Banking & Insurance. Students undergo Summer Internship Training after the second semester and undertake a Project Work after the third semester, providing them with practical exposure to real-world business scenarios.

Eligibility

Graduates in any discipline coming under the 10+2+3 scheme with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/CATEGORY-1) in aggregate including languages from a recognized University are eligible.

Admission Procedure

Candidates seeking admission under the management quota are required to appear for MAT, CAT, CMAT, or KMAT. Those aspiring for admission through the government quota must appear for PGCET, conducted by the Karnataka Examinations Authority, Government of Karnataka.

Application forms can be obtained from the college office or downloaded from the official website.

Duly filled application forms must be submitted along with copies of the following documents:

  • SSLC and PUC Marks Cards
  • Transfer Certificate (TC)
  • Conduct Certificate
  • Passport-size photographs
  • Caste and Income Certificate (if applicable)
  • All semester Marks Cards
  • Provisional/Convocation Degree Certificate

Students from Other than Mangalore University (within Karnataka)

  • Migration Certificate and Provisional Pass Certificate issued by their Previous University.

Students from Other than Karnataka

  • Eligibility Certificate from Mangalore University
  • Migration Certificate and Provisional Pass Certificate issued by their Previous University.

Admissions are made on a first come, first served basis, subject to fulfilling the eligibility criteria.

Selected candidates must confirm their admission by paying the prescribed fees within the stipulated time.

Admission will be provisional until approved by Mangalore University.
