Women's Day

On the occasion of international women’s day there was colour code maintained from 02/03/2022 to 08/03/2022. The colour code were as follows.

02/03/2022 Red/ Orange, 03/03/2022 Blue, 04/03/2022 Green, 05/03/2022 White/ Black, 07/03/2022 Yellow/ Grey & 08/03/2022 Pink.

On 8th March International Women’s Day was celebrated at MSNIM. Guest for the day was Dr. Sophia Zacharias. The formal function was in the morning from 10:00 A.M to 11:15 A.M. For the formal function emcee and welcome was done my Arpita from the 1st year MBA. Prayer was sung by Avantika of 1st year MBA. There after lighting the lamp ceremony by the chief guest Dr. Sophia Zacharias, The director of institute Dr. Molly S Chaudhuri, Professor Nandita Sunil, and women’s day coordinator Ruthvi Patel.

There after chief guest and director of institute addressed the gathering and motivated the female students on being Entrepreneur’s and talked about how all men in women’s life have to support them in every aspect. After the wonderful talk by chief guest and director, with this the formal function comes to an end. The vote of thanks was by Shree Lakshmi Kamath of 1st year MBA.

From 11:30 A.M to 12:30 A.M there was cooking without fire competition held for the students of 1st year and the 2nd years. There were 18 teams registered by the students. The rules and the regulations for the participants were

1.Participants should not bring any pre-cooked items.

  1. Pre-registration mandatory
  2. Three members should be in a team to participate in the event.

4.All the items required for cooking should be brought by the participants themselves, including water, Only working table will be provided.

  1. Participants should not bring any cut, chopped or grates raw materials. They should process it on the spot within allotted time. (Allotted time 1 hour)
  2. Judge’s decision will be final.

The judges for the competition were.

  • Professor Suresh

Soon after the lunch break, from 2:15 P.M to 3:45 P.M there were 4 games held for the students for the 1st year and the 2nd years conducted by the Pooja Nayak, Anushree and Sushma of 2nd year MBA. The prizes for the games were given to the students soon after the game. It was totally a fun day to all the students and the faculty.

By this the women’s day celebration came to an end.
