Manel Srinivas Nayak Institute of Management (MSNIM) organized an engaging program titled “The Leader in You”, aimed at highlighting the leadership skills and qualities inherent in individuals.

The program began with a short prayer, setting a positive tone for the event. Ms. Divya Poojary introduced the esteemed speaker of the day, Mr. Deeraj B. Udyawar, an accomplished entrepreneur, motivational speaker, and the Chairman of Zone 15, JCI.

Mr. Deeraj B. Udyawar captivated the audience with his opening remarks, quoting Swami Vivekananda:
"If I want to be a hunter, I’ll hunt the rhinoceros; if I want to be a robber, I’ll rob the king’s treasury. What is the use of robbing beggars or hunting ants? So, if you want to love, love God."
This profound quote inspired the students to aim high and strive for greatness in every aspect of life, whether it be personal growth, spirituality, or ambition.

The session featured a range of interactive activities designed to enhance leadership abilities and public speaking skills. Students were encouraged to reflect on their own potential and take steps toward personal development.

By the end of the session, participants discovered that leadership is not defined by titles or positions, but by the positive impact, one creates in their own unique way. The event left students motivated to embrace their leadership qualities and make meaningful contributions to their communities.
