A webinar on Intellectual Property Rights

A webinar on Intellectual Property Rights was conducted by the MSME Development Institute, Yeyyadi , Mangalore in collaboration with Mangalore Institute of technology & Engineering, Moodbidri on the 4th Feb 2021. The students of the 1st year MBA attended the webinar in Swarna Hall.

The 1st speaker for the day was Ms. Akshatha M Patel, Advocate and IP Consultant, spoke on patents and the related topics to it. The next speaker was Mr. Harikrishna Holla, Advocate and IP Consultant, spoke extensively about Trademarks. Mr. Devaraj K, Joint Director, MSME, Mangalore gave information about how the center works and what other schemes are there from the government towards the MSME center in particular.
