workshop on “Interview Readiness”

Manel Srinivas Nayak Institute of Management organized a workshop on “Interview Readiness” under placement Cell on 27-28 Sep 2021 for final year students. The session was conducted by Mr. Mohan Kumar Practice Head Wipro. The objective of session was to emphasize on building self-esteem, employability skills, job search techniques, career exploration, resumes, interviewing and job success skills which help to obtain and sustain employment.

Prof. Muddassir Khadar introduced Mr. Mohan Kumar, the resource person. Mr. Mohan Kumar along with the college placement team, inaugurated placement week by lighting Deepa. Mr. Mohan Kumar kicked off the session by providing an overview of the industry and outlining the various steps of the placement process.

The audience was broken into groups and given a practical group discussion session on a variety of current themes. Mr. Kumar went over each person's CV and offered advice on how to write professional resumes. He also advised the students on how to improve their LinkedIn profiles. Mock interviews in HR, Marketing, and Finance were held.
